If you’re having problems topping up with a registered credit or debit card, make sure your card is registered to the same address that you’ve registered with us. Check your card hasn’t expired – if it has, you can update your new card details in your My3 account. Make sure you’re entering the correct security code: this is the last three digits on the back of your card, or the four digits on the front if you’re using AMEX.
